All are welcome and there are no eligibility requirements. The Food Bank of Western MA provides an assortment of produce and grocery items to share out with the community.


Northern Berkshire EMS is offering a Safety Camp from July 18th-22nd from 9am-noon at St. Elizabeth's Parish Center. Space is limited to 30 children entering first, second and third grade in the fall of 2022 in Northern Berkshire County and Stamford and Readsboro, VT.
Cost is $25 per child. No transportation is provided. Days will include safety lessons, games, crafts, visits from First Responders, a t-shirt, and a snack.
Registration is open until July 1, 2022. Once applications are in, they will be reviewed for eligibility and campers will be notified of their acceptance on July 5. If you are interested, please print the application, fill it out and email to lrichardson@northadamsambulance.com, fax to 413-664-4051, or drop off at 10 Harris St., North Adams, 8am-4pm, Monday -Friday.

Cathedral of the Beloved North has partnered with CHP to host a mobile vaccine clinic on 6/7/22 from 1-3 pm in the parking lot near All Saints Church (behind the bus stop on Main Street).
COVID Vaccines are available to those 5yrs+. First boosters available to those 5yrs+ and second boosters are now available to those 50yrs+ or severely immunocompromised.
Appointments can be made by calling (413) 528-0457. Walk-ins are also welcome. It is recommended that people bring their vaccine card to update. Please remember to wear a shirt that allows the vaccination team to access your upper arm easily.

NAMI Berkshire County will be running a NAMI Basics program beginning Tuesday, May 24th at 6:30pm. NAMI Basics is a free, 6-week course for parents and family caregivers of children and adolescents with emotional or behavioral issues.

BCAC Fuel Assistance program is accepting applications until May 13th.
Once a household is determined to be eligible for fuel assistance, the household may also be eligible for BCAC’s Heating System Repair and Replacement and Home Weatherization Assistance Programs. Eligible households may also be eligible for BCAC’s Refrigerator and Washing Machine Replacement Program, which replaces older high energy using models with new energy efficient ones. Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis.
Youth Mental Health First Aid is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact with young people. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
This event is provided free of cost with grant funding from Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Space is limited. Please pre-register.
